Current Position: Contemporary Dance Teacher at Niccolini Palli High School in Livorno.

Educational Background:

  • Academic Diploma I level in Classical Dance (D.D. P.E.).
  • Academic Diploma II level in Contemporary Dance. Both achieved with honors from the National Academy of Rome.

Educational Journey:

  • Since 1998: Attended the Centro Studi Danza school in Rome, studying classical and repertoire with maestro Antony Basile from the New York City Ballet and contemporary dance with Alicia Bonfiglioli.
  • From 2000: Enrolled in the Three-Year Course in Teaching Classical Dance with a Pedagogical-Educational focus at the National Academy of Dance.
  • In 2004: Graduated with top honors, presenting a thesis on "Creative Movement."
  • Since 2005: Continued education with the Specialist Biennium in Contemporary Dance at the National Academy of Dance, studying under Elsa Piperno, Enrica Palmieri, Dino Verga, Ricky Bonavita. Participated in workshops with international masters such as Cristiana Morganti (dancer for Pina Bausch) and Ismael Ivo.
  • November 2008: Graduated with top honors, presenting a thesis on the relationship between "Points of Intersection between Classical Dance and Contemporary Dance."

Professional Experience:

  • Worked as a dancer for the ballet company at Teatro Argentina in Rome for productions of Rigoletto and Traviata with choreography by Astrid Ascarelli.
  • Collaborated with the Theater-Dance company Aleph, directed by Paola Scoppettuolo, and the company "Lenti a Contatto" directed by Enrica Palmieri.
  • Participated in the "Arti Facti'" showcase with repertoire from Martha Graham, reconstructed by Elsa Piperno.
  • Collaborated with the Teatro Sanzio in Urbino after relocating to the Marche region in 2010.

Teaching Experience: Commenced teaching at the Coreutic High School in Tolentino, continuing presently at the Coreutic High School in Livorno. Subjects taught include Contemporary Dance, Dance History, and Choreographic Workshops, contributing to the artistic and educational development of students.
