- 1990-1995, tutor at the „Taranto Dance Academy”, Italy
- From 1995 she becomes tutor and choreographer at the Choreography and Arts High School "Octavian Stroia" in Cluj (Romania), with excellent accomplishments.
In addition to training high-level professional dancers, her students obtain various prizes and awards at national and international dance competitions.
- 2004 she obtains a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy of Dance and in 2016 a Master Degree Director of Choreography at the Academy of Music "Gh. Dima ”,
Cluj – Napoca (Romania).
- In 2016 she is promoted as coordinator of the faculty staff at the “Octavian Stroia” Choreography and Art High School, Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
- 2014 she starts collaborating with the “Simona Noja” Foundation joining in the various activities of the Foundation, like stages, masterclass, and dance competitions. She also prides herself having been member of various national and international dance competition panel of judges, as well as president of the jury.
- Between 2011-2016 she was a member of the internal evaluation committee for high school students, the admissions panel, and professional certificates board.
- From 2018 she also becomes PhD student Assistant at the National Academy of Music "Gh. Dima", Cluj-Napoca, Romania (Musical Performing Arts section), where she holds practical courses in creating arts, dramaturgy, and choreographic direction.
