The participant/parent or tutor in case of a minor, author of the video for the event Interdanza authorize,
without any time limit, ex artt. 10 and 320 c.c. (Italian Civil Code) e artt. 96 e 97
Law.n.633/41 the publication and/or diffusion of the video online and its storage in
the digital archives of Interdanza and accept that the goals of such publications are
informative, educational and promotional.
In addition, I as participant/parent or tutor of the minor author of the video for the
event Interdanza state that:
- The author is the exclusive owner of all the copyrights of the video;
- The video is original and it does not constitute piracy and/or infringement of
previous works;
- The content of the video does not violate neither the laws in force nor the rights
of thirds and are not slanderous, outrageous or offensive;
- Is aware that the usage of the video is at total discretion of Interdanza.
Interdanza is not liable for the removal or block of the video by social platforms
used for the publication for the purposes of the event, due to the lack of
compliance to the above mentioned regulations, that the author must read and
accept.
With the signing of the present deed, therefore, the undersigned authorize
Interdanza to use the video for the institutional goals of the event, with particular
reference to the activities of promotion and valorization of the various editions of
Interdanza and other didactic, promotional, educational, cultural but not
commercial initiatives Interdanza intends to organize (publications, projections in
public events, braodcasting on local and national TV channels).
As for moral copyrights Interdanza recognises the author of the video – in any place
and forms, as the only owner at the time of publication and/or diffusion.
Finally, the undersigned guarantee and release Interdanza and those in its stead
from the liability for any claim or charge – also in judicial place, which may arise out
of the usage of the video by Interdanza.
